Can be pre-invoiced (to future month) or aged to past balances. Posted in real time, as possible or by delayed update. Records invoice date, period posted and age of effect separately.
Option to automatically load original invoice details. May be referenced at Point of Sale. May be allocated to a reference at a later date and location. Automatically posts to the age (balance) of the selected reference. Adjustment mode can be used to effect sales amounts but not stock (eg. correction for incorrect pricing)
Single entry journals may be used (eg. Opening Balance entries). Multiple reference journals (virtually unlimited lines). Automatic suggestion of posting amount from outstanding transaction balance or by favouring a zero journal result. Interest run facility generates interest journals for selected overdue accounts.
Two phase posting allows receipt document to be printed before allocation and posting to accounts. Receipts may be entered at remote sites without access to financial files. Allocation of receipt to transactions can be done any time. Partial allocation of a receipt (ie. balance may be held over for later transactions not yet processed).
Full and Semi Automatic Options Available which include supplier preference, urgent order generation and regular order placement, calculations for current and minimum stock levels, overstocks at other branches and pack quantity.
