Planned Preventative maintenance and other scheduled tasks can be established to repeat in regular cycles. These cycles can be anything from a number of days, weeks, months, years etc. As long as you keep printing the job sheets the system keeps producing them as often as scheduled. What's more Maintrak is not dependant on the completion of one job before its next occurrence, so you don't have to worry about missing next months schedule just because this months is overdue.

Maintrak includes an Asset Register which allows you to record both your own and your customer/tenant assets, complete with a maintenance schedule list. The maintenance schedule is used to generate repetitive maintenance tasks as described above.

The asset Maintenance Templates allow you to define the maintenance requirements for a class of asset. This permits you to set or alter the maintenance for a whole range of assets with one easy entry.
